Overall Weekend Schedule

Friday, July 8th

8:00 PM - Welcome Party at Mad River in Lincoln Park. We are working on details for $15 three-hour-all-can-drink offer and this venue DOES have food, so you can eat there versus the setup from last year. NOTE there is NO captain's meeting or player pack distribution on Friday night.

Saturday, July 9th

7:00 AM - Volunteers requested for field and tournament village setup

8:00 AM - Accelerated Rehabilitation setup and ready to serve with treatment and tapings

8:30 AM - Captains Meeting to review event rules and info, pickup water, bagels, fruit and player items of lunch tickets, party wristbands, keepsakes and other items

9:30 AM - Games begin

11:00 AM - Qdoba Mexican Grill burritos ready for designated teams

5:00 PM - Day One Games Complete

7:00 PM - Tournament Party at Mad River in Lincoln Park. Goose Island 312 wristbands secure FREE three-hour-all-can-drink of their quality beer and 4Rebels mixed vodka drinks. We are finalizing details of just $5 add-on price for all-can-eat pasta and pizza bar at venue.

Sunday, July 10th

8:00 AM - Volunteers requested for field setup

8:30 AM - Accelerated Rehabilitation setup and ready to serve with treatment and tapings

8:30 AM - more bagels, fruit and water available for captain pickup

9:30 AM - Games resume

NOTE THERE IS NO LUNCH SERVICE ON SUNDAY (we are working on providing bottle of peanut butter and other food items per team in Saturday team food bag)

2:00 PM - High School Play Begins

3:00 PM - Ultimate Chicago Sandblast Game Division Championship Begins (all other non-high school scheduled play is over)
